We actively sponsor certifications in AI/ML, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise software development. Junior developers are paired with senior engineers through a formal mentorship programme. We promote from within and encourage internal mobility across product, engineering, and consulting verticals.

Pak-LLM Engineering Fellowship
A structured 6-month programme where junior engineers work directly on core Pak-LLM infrastructure — tokeniser development, inference optimisation, and model evaluation pipelines.
Internal Mentorship Programme
Every new hire is paired with a senior engineer or consultant for their first year, with defined bi-monthly check-ins, goal-setting, and structured feedback loops.
Annual Learning Budget
PKR 25,000 per employee per year, redeemable for online courses, certifications, books, or conference attendance — fully expensed with no prior approval required for pre-approved platforms.
AI Research Reading Circle
Weekly 45-minute sessions where team members present and discuss new research papers from arXiv, Hugging Face, and major AI conferences. Attendance is voluntary but consistently high.
Certification Sponsorship
Full cost coverage for industry certifications including AWS, GCP, Azure, Hugging Face, and relevant software engineering credentials. First attempt fully sponsored; repeat attempts 50% sponsored.
Cross-Functional Rotation Programme
Quarterly rotation opportunities allowing engineers to spend 2 weeks embedded in the consulting, product, or business development teams — and vice versa.
