Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms.

If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

Project Pak-LLM provides a sovereign, regionally-aligned large language model (LLM) and agentic automation platform optimized for Urdu, regional scripts, Islamic jurisprudence, and South Asian enterprise contexts. Services include:

• AI-powered chat interface (/chat) with native Nastaliq tokenization and deterministic tool-first execution
• Dual Voice AI Models & Multi-Agent Orchestra Studio — Low-latency spoken conversational pipeline featuring the Standard English Model and the sovereign Pak-LLM Voice of Awam across 34 regional languages with gender-congruent ethnic personas (Zainab, Aisha, Fatima, Hamza, Tariq, Bilal), Multi-Agent Council collaborative debates, tenant-isolated custom persona editing, sub-120ms barge-in, and a clean minimalist zen audio interface complying with NIST SP 800-88 zero-retention standards
• App & Website Connectors Hub — Integration with WhatsApp Business Cloud, Gmail, Google Sheets, Trax/TCS logistics, Daraz Open Platform, and FBR IRIS APIs
• Sovereign RAG Knowledge Engine — Multi-tenant hybrid semantic retrieval for tax laws, legal precedents, and enterprise files
• Pak-Workflows Automation Studio — No-code event-driven pipeline builder with Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) approval gates

• Pak-Image & Pak-Video — FLUX HD visual generation and Wan 2.1 video ads synthesis
• Sovereign Developer API & Webhook Gateway — High-throughput programmatic REST endpoints (/api/v1/chat/completions, /api/v1/models) and outbound webhook dispatchers with HMAC-SHA256 cryptographic payload verification and granular scope controls
• 9 Localized Demographic Tiers — Subscriptions for students, freelancers, traders, legal chambers, and GCC enterprises with dedicated voice minutes, API keys, and webhook quotas billed via Swich, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Raast

We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or adjust quotas and feature availability in compliance with our sovereign security standards.

You may register using email/password or Google OAuth via Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at info@sbf-consultancy.net

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Generate, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, abusive, or hateful content
• Attempt to jailbreak, reverse-engineer, or circumvent AI guardrails and safety filters
• Submit prompt injection attacks or attempts to override system instructions
• Generate malware, phishing content, exploits, or CSAM
• Conduct automated scraping or bulk data extraction
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws of Pakistan, the user's jurisdiction, or international law
• Generate synthetic images or videos that:
  • Constitute non-consensual deepfakes of real, identifiable individuals
  • Depict or sexualize minors in any form (strict zero-tolerance)
  • Portray violence, terrorism, or extremist propaganda in a glorifying manner
  • Produce content contrary to Islamic values or Pakistani public decency laws
  • Are used for political disinformation, electoral manipulation, or identity fraud
• Configure or program Custom Agent Personas with instructions intended to:
  • Impersonate law enforcement, judicial, military, or government authorities of Pakistan
  • Incite ethnic, sectarian, linguistic, or religious conflict
  • Circumvent sovereign guardrails, Amanah Gate filters, or hallucinate fraudulent legal/tax advice
• Attempt to circumvent daily generation quotas (5 images / 2 videos per user per day) or API rate limits through account creation, API manipulation, or distributed key rotation

Violations may result in immediate termination of access and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement. All generation prompts are subject to automated safety screening before processing.

The AI outputs generated by Pak-LLM (text), Pak-Image (images), and Pak-Video (video) are provided for informational and creative purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Outputs may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unintended visual elements.

Regarding synthetic media: Generated images and videos are the output of generative AI models and may not reflect reality. You must not represent AI-generated media as authentic photographs or real footage without clearly labeling them as AI-generated content. SBF Consultancy accepts no liability for misuse of generated media.

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any AI-generated content before acting on it or distributing it. SBF Consultancy assumes no liability for decisions made based on AI outputs.

The Pak-LLM brand, logo, website design, marketing content, and underlying model weights are the intellectual property of SBF Consultancy and Project Pak-LLM. All rights reserved.

Content you input into the chat, image generation, or video generation interfaces remains yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

Generated media ownership:Images and videos generated by Pak-Image and Pak-Video and saved to your account history are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use rights depend on the underlying model's license (FLUX.1-schnell is Apache 2.0; FLUX.1-dev and Wan 2.1 are non-commercial research licenses). You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated media complies with the applicable model license terms.

Project Pak-LLM is operated by SBF Consultancy (Saad Bin Farrukh), an IT & ITeS entity registered with the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) under the Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication.

• Sales Tax on Services (STS): All cloud subscriptions, computing capacity, and API tokens are digital services subject to applicable Provincial & Federal Sales Tax on Services (STS) under the concessional PSEB IT regime.
• FBR POS Tier-1 Electronic Fiscal Invoicing: In compliance with SRO 1203(I)/2019 and FBR POS integration regulations, all digital payments are recorded in real-time under official FBR POS Registration ID 198968 (Taxpayer: SBF Consultancy).
• Verifiable QR Code Invoicing: Every electronic transaction generates a machine-scannable, verifiable QR Code linked to the domestic fiscal ledger, confirming that applicable Sales Tax on Services was credited.

Project Pak-LLM is a digital-only AI platform operated by SBF Consultancy. We do not sell, dispatch, ship, or deliver any physical products. All features, tools, workspaces, accounts, and outputs (such as text, synthetic images, or videos) are delivered strictly in a digital format via our web interface.

Developers and enterprise accounts utilizing Pak-LLM REST APIs (/api/v1/*) and Outbound Webhooks must adhere to the following developer terms:

• API Key Confidentiality: API keys granted via the Admin Dashboard are confidential credentials equivalent to administrative passwords. You must store them securely in server-side environment variables or secret vaults. Never expose keys in public repositories, client-side web code, or uncompiled mobile bundles.
• Rate Limiting & Quotas: Each API key is bound by strict Requests Per Minute (RPM) thresholds and monthly token allowances designated by your subscription plan. Circumventing rate limits, distributing keys across unauthorized parties, or executing distributed denial-of-service queries will lead to automated instantaneous key revocation.
• Webhook Verification & Receiver Endpoints: Outbound webhooks dispatch events signed with HMAC-SHA256 signatures via the x-pakllm-signature-256 header. Subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring receiver HTTPS endpoints respond with 2xx HTTP status codes within 5000ms. Non-responsive or failing endpoints are retried up to 3 times before suspension.
• Telemetry & Audit Logging: For security governance and compliance under PECA 2016, request metadata (timestamp, IP address, API key ID, endpoint path, response status, and execution latency) is immutably logged for 30 days. Full prompt payload bodies remain strictly ephemeral under Zero Data Retention agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SBF Consultancy and Project Pak-LLM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services — including loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
