How to Request Full Deletion of Your Account & Data
Self-Service In-App Deletion
Navigate to your Settings → Account Profile → Delete Account within the Pak-LLM workspace to purge all conversation threads, indexed documents, and connector credentials immediately.
One-Click Connector Opt-Out
In Connectors Hub (/tools), click Opt-Out & Disconnect on WhatsApp, Discord, Slack, GitHub, or Google Workspace to instantly purge encrypted credentials, access tokens, and unregister webhooks.
Direct Data Protection Officer Request
Send an email to our Data Protection Officer at info@sbf-consultancy.net with subject "User Data Deletion Request" including your registered email or phone number.
What Data Is Deleted Upon Request
- All user profile information, authentication tokens, and session identifiers.
- Encrypted WhatsApp Cloud API tokens, WABA associations, and webhook event queues.
- Discord, Slack, GitHub, and Google OAuth credentials stored in the PQC Vault.
- RAG vector embeddings, uploaded files, and conversation histories.
- Ephemeral voice transcription buffers and operational telemetry.
